Discover The Three Biggest Web Video Mistakes

Hello good people,

Anthony here with you.

So  what are  3 of the BIGGEST web video mistakes people are making??

Firstly, let me start out by saying if you are NOT using web video yet, you MUST start today!!

Web videos are an incredible way to build links to your website and to bring targeted web traffic.

Also, web video marketing is a fantastic tool to increase your sales conversions (you’ll sell more using web video!).

If you are not using web video you are leaving a pile of cash on the table.

The  3 BIGGEST MISTAKES to avoid in regard to creating & using web video!

* MISTAKE NO 1 *

“Thinking you cannot create video because it’s too technical or it will cost a lot of money”.

WRONG….

Web video is easy to do and  cheap especially with the right resources.

See some of the resources we use. (we have a number of web videos HERE that show you what to use).

* MISTAKE NO 2 *

“Failure to upload your videos to enough of the correct video sites”.

THIS IS PROBABLY THE BIGGEST  MISTAKE WE SEE!

Youtube ONLY is NOT ENOUGH.

Youtube is obviously a very impressive site, but to really take your rankings into OVERDRIVE  you need to upload your video to a  LARGE NUMBER  of websites, 50 to  100 or more !

Now you don’t want to be doing that MANUALLY, do you?

I don’t know about you, but spending  that amount of time would DRIVE ME NUTS!

I mean when would I get time to play guitar if we had to do everything manually?

I’d much rather find a way of achieving the same result in a FRACTION OF THE TIME  and preferably on AUTOPILOT.

There is software out there that makes it an incredibly  MUCH EASIER  process to get your video uploaded to many sites at once, quickly and without fuss on AUTOPILOT.

* MISTAKE NO 3 *

“Thinking that your web  videos cannot be used in your particular niche”.

This is WRONG WRONG WRONG (did I say this thinking is wrong?).   :)

Google OWNS YouTube and wants videos on EVERY page of the search engine results.

If you happen to have a keyword with no video results on page one?  Guess what?  That’s an easy way for you to get to page one!

IN SUMMARY

Avoiding these three common web mistakes will put you AHEAD of about 90% of your competition!

We urge you strongly to make web video a part of your marketing from today onwards.

Lastly,  join in on our forum discussion HERE regarding web video.

You are also welcome to leave any comments below.

Cheers,

Anthony & Tim

I use Videos, and I have sent some to several sites, but I find that if I submit to you tube, that other sites pick them up too, one of my videos had been translated into Chinese (or that’s what I think it is).

Thanks for your great post, which I just found thanks to your Facebook page!

What software do you recommend to use to upload my videos to all the video distribution sites?

I actually have VideoBot, but it’s not functioning properly & the developer keeps telling me that they are working on an upgrade… but it’s been over 6 months now and I have accumulated 80+ videos I need to capitalize on now!

So what software do you suggest? I won’t go with a monthly fee subscription, and a lot of my videos are 10+ minutes long, if that makes a difference…

    Thanks!

I know video is the way to go, because some people retain information better when viewing it. Also, many people are naturally lazy and prefer video over reading.

However, I don’t think it’s necessary to spam 100s of video sites, when 10-15 would be suffice. That’s if you’re uploading your video to the right sites.

    Hi Ant!

Thanks for the info. Video IS often not perceived as important, I know I don’t post enough video, nothing like a little reminder every so often :)

The recommendations in this post is extremely valuable. Thanks for opening my eyes on the overall effect on using videos on your website. I will keep you updated of the changes as I implement your suggestions

I think you are right on, but I gotta admit, I am more interested in other concepts you provided like on http://www.webtrafficgenius.com/ but don’t quite yet get RSS. I watched all your videos, went to the forum, listened to the mp3, but still haven’t made the connection. What I am wondering is this: if I use RSS, will other sites using auto content pick up my link containing articles and point back to me? That’s what I want but don’t know how to do it.

    Hey Guys,

I have been involved in Internet Marketing for about a year now and have just gotten started with Video Marketing.

I am currently using Traffic Geyser and Tube Mogul to submit my videos, but Have noticed that each time I submit a video several of the websites my video was submitted to do not go through.

This software is obviously much less expensive. I was wondering if this software is capable of rendering the videos you submit into different formats so that they are accepted at all of these video sites and so that they play properly once downloaded and posted?

    Thanks for a terrific post!

    Hi guys!

I really enjoy your recommendations and I’m particularly interested in Video Bot. I’m a Traffic Geyser subscriber so I’m well aware of the power of online video. You get a lots of extensive training with TG but the monthly fee is pretty steep.

Can you do a side by side feature and benefit comparison so I can decide whether or not I should move over to Video Bot?

    Thanks… You guys rock!

hmmm… thought it was kind of funny that you made a text post about using video… lol. ;-)

Appreciate it Phil, glad we have been able to help you out and of course a video testimonial is further proof of the power of video.

For anyone wondering how powerful video is, just take a look at the video testimonials on our sales page http://www.takeoverpageone.com/offer.php

Each one of them is from a genuine customer. Just ask yourself after watching them how they make you feel? What does it do for you? It’s “proof” isn’t it ? It confirms the validity of what is on the page. You just can’t get that with written text alone.

That’s what I recommend using video ! It really does help pass on your message and to talk one on one with your visitor.

    Cheers

    Hi Guys

As always your content and advice is spot-on. I love the way you come across in your videos, this paves the way for others to realise they can do video too.

I first came across your Page-One-On-Google Course about 18 months ago. This training has helped me immensely and I am extremely grateful for everything I learned.

I promise to do a video testimonial soon – your courses and content are a must in anyone’s arsenal ;-)

    Thanks very much!
